Dear Unit Owners:
As you may be aware, at a duly noticed meeting held on May 19, 2026, the Board of Directors of The Atrium at Palm Beach Shores Condominium Association, Inc. approved a one-time Special Assessment for all unit owners. The proceeds from this assessment will be used to fund the Association’s roof replacement project, a critical capital improvement necessary to protect the building, preserve property values, and maintain the safety and integrity of our community.
The Board understands that any additional financial obligation is significant and did not make this decision lightly. After careful review of the Association’s financial condition, projected project costs, and available funding sources, the Board determined that a Special Assessment is the most prudent and responsible means of funding this important project while safeguarding the long-term interests of the Association and its members.
The amount of the Special Assessment applicable to your unit is listed on the attached assessment schedule.
Payment in full is due on or before August 1, 2026.
Payments may be submitted through your Castle Management owner portal account or by check payable to:
